Senior Pharmacy Manager
Patricia Johnson is a proud native of Philadelphia and received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Temple University and Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Pharmacy.
Having worked in an independent community pharmacy setting for over 10 years, Patricia has developed a passion for getting to know her patients on an individual level and strives to maintain a relationship with them that hopefully feels like a “mom and pop” store, embedded in the community, and all about exceptional customer service. Patricia prides herself on helping patients receive a medication regimen that is both safe and efficacious and look forward to all of the opportunities that she has yet to experience. Patricia daily ensures there are limited delays in patient’s getting their medication speedily.
Nikki Pearsall was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and she was the first employee to join WIRX Pharmacy in December 2015. As the Operations Manager, she is responsible for Human Resource, Billing, New Business, and the company’s ongoing corporate strategy and development, as well as leading WIRX’s marketing team. She is always available to personally answer any injured workers questions and this has been Nikki’s approach from day one. Nikki has over 20 years’ experience in business management and insurance field (MedRisk). Throughout her career, she has held diverse management and leadership roles within unique environments including non-profit (American Red Cross), gaming (Philadelphia Park Turf Club), and law enforcement (First Judicial District of PA, Philadelphia County Adult Probation). She received a Bachelor of Arts, Management of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix, Philadelphia.
Jennifer Siegel is a Philadelphia native with 15 years of Pharmacy experience ranging from retail pharmacy management, hospice care, and pharmaceutical /medical device consulting. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Administration, and her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Jennifer is committed to customer service and building relationships with her patients to provide a more personal pharmacy experience, while ensuring they receive safe and effective treatment for their injury or condition.
Barbara Taylor’s first job was in a pharmacy as a teenager and since then she has held different positions in the pharmaceutical business. She also one of the first pharmacy technicians to become certified in the state of Pennsylvania. Barbara spent over 17 years working at HBS, a leading pharmacy software company. During her time at HBS, there were numerous promotions from customer service representative and then supervisor of customer service. Barbara conducted in-house training for new staff and traveled to pharmacies training large groups on new software. In addition, Barb’s last promotion was implementation specialist in which she assisted pharmacies converting software.
Barbara joined WIRX Pharmacy in December 2015 and has been going strong to ensure all of WIRX’s injured workers receive exceptional customer service through the arduous worker’s compensation process.
