How do I send my prescriptions to you?
We accept prescriptions in a variety of ways. Your doctor can fax it to us, email it, or send it via e-scribe.
How do I get my prescriptions from WIRX Pharmacy?
Once we receive the prescription from your physician, WIRX will fill your script and deliver the medication right to your front door. In most cases, you will need to be present to sign for the delivery of your medications.
How long will it take to get my prescription?
We use local transport to deliver prescriptions when they are ready. This typically takes just 24-48 hours.
How do I get refills on prescriptions?
WIRX Pharmacy exists to make your life easier. Accordingly, WIRX will automatically send your refills as they are due. Your enrollment with our company ensures that you receive your refills on prescriptions on time when they are due.
How much will my prescriptions cost me?
We work directly with your workers compensation insurance company and legal team to coordinate the payment of your claims. This means ZERO out of pocket costs for you.
What if I have questions about my prescription?
Our team is here to answer any questions you may have about your prescription. Your prescription will come with detailed instructions; however, you are welcome to contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
